Sometimes things should not be so complicated.  Some of your everyday household products are the best solutions for your own DIY projects at a very low cost.

We all have pets and we know how frustrating it can be when you are house training a new puppy or when your pets have an accident here and there.  It happens to us on a daily basis and we cannot avoid it or forget about it.  Common bacteria found in your pet’s urine if come in contact with an infected rat or raccoon is Leptospirosis left in the mammal’s markings or puddles of urine.  If a human comes in contact with Leptospirosis you will have flu like systems in one to two weeks and can pass to other humans.   It can be treated with antibiotics if needed.   If you want to kill these harmful bacteria before it affects your family “BLEACH “is your best alternative.   Bleach is a common product that removes stains, whitens, disinfects and sterilizes your surfaces.  Bleach is also used to remove mildew, killing weeds and increasing the longevity of your fresh cut flowers.    We use bleach in our swimming pools to kill the bacteria, viruses and algae so we can swim safely in the hot summer months.

To permanently remove these harmful bacteria in the grout lines use a spray bottle that is marked bleach for safety reasons.  Keep out of reach from children and pets.

Mix 90% water and 10% bleach.
