“Well let me start off by saying that when you call they are extremely friendly and willing to help. I called on Monday night at 7pm and they came the next morning at 9am to clean my carpets. I have pets and though that I only had a few spots that needed to be treated. Richard pulled back my carpet and to my surprise there were a whole lot more than I thought. Once they were done there was no smell and the back on the carpet was spotless. I have had other people clean my carpet in the past and no one has fixed the pet stains like these guys. I would defiantly use them again and would recommend them to any one that needs their carpet cleaned. Especially ones that have 4 legged friends!”
